The BIR TIN is a 9-digit number you'll use for nearly every employment, banking, and government transaction. The fastest way is online through the BIR's Online Registration and Update System (ORUS) at orus.bir.gov.ph. After approval, you can also generate a free Digital TIN ID right there.

Piliin ang tamang form:
Self-employed (single proprietor/professional), mixed-income, non-resident alien, estate, trust → BIR Form 1901.
Bagong empleyado → BIR Form 1902 — sinasagot ng employer at i-uupload ang iyong ID.
I-submit ang detalye at ID — i-upload ang government-issued ID at selfie habang hawak ang ID (kapag hinihingi).
Hintayin ang TIN — darating sa email ang 9-digit TIN sa loob ng ilang araw matapos ma-approve.
Kunin ang Digital TIN ID — i-generate mula sa ORUS. Libre at pwedeng gamitin bilang valid reference document.
Hindi pwedeng mag-aaply ng dalawang TIN. Isa lang ang TIN bawat tao habambuhay. Kung mayroon ka na, gamitin ang ORUS verification para makuha ulit ang numero.
Pwede rin sa BIR office
Kung hindi mo gusto sa online, pumunta sa Revenue District Office (RDO) na malapit sa iyo dala ang valid ID, kahit wala kang employer. May ilang RDO na may walk-in.
Maaaring magbago ang form at proseso. Tingnan ang opisyal na bir.gov.ph at ORUS para sa pinakabagong impormasyon. Mag-ingat sa fixer.
