You apply for a Philippine passport through the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), starting with an online appointment at the only official site, passport.gov.ph. Booking the appointment is free; you only pay the processing fee.
⚠️ Use only passport.gov.ph. Many fake "fixer" sites copy the DFA look, charge extra, and steal your information. The official appointment system is passport.gov.ph — nothing else.
Mag-apply ng Philippine passport sa pamamagitan ng DFA: mag-book muna ng appointment sa opisyal na passport.gov.ph (libre ang booking), punan ang detalye ayon sa PSA birth certificate, magbayad ng processing fee, at pumunta sa DFA sa araw ng appointment.

Magbayad ng ₱950 para sa regular o ₱1,200 para sa expedited processing, dagdag ang ₱50 convenience fee sa authorized payment center. Sa Metro Manila, mga 10 working days (regular) o 5 (expedited); sa labas, mga 12 o 7.
