Ang 3 hakbang

Tatlong hakbang ang registration: (1) online registration para sa demographic info at appointment, (2) biometrics capture sa registration center kasama ang supporting documents, at (3) review at confirm — bibigyan ka ng Transaction Reference Number (TRN).

Step 1 — Online registration. Ibigay ang demographic info (buong pangalan, kapanganakan, address, contact) at mag-set ng appointment. I-print ang appointment slip.
Step 2 — Biometrics capture. Pumunta sa napiling registration center sa araw ng appointment dala ang supporting documents. Iva-validate ang data at kukunan ka ng fingerprint, iris scan, at litrato.
Step 3 — Review at confirm. Suriin at kumpirmahin ang impormasyon. Bibigyan ka ng transaction slip na may Transaction Reference Number (TRN) — itago ito.

Mga dapat dalhin (requirements)

Magdala ng PSA birth certificate bilang pangunahing dokumento, kasama ang isang valid government-issued ID o iba pang supporting document na tinatanggap ng PhilSys. Bukas ang rehistrasyon sa lahat ng Pilipino, edad 1 pataas.

ePhilID — habang hinihintay ang card

Hindi mo kailangang maghintay ng buwan-buwan para magamit ang National ID mo. Pwede mong i-download ang ePhilID — printable o digital na bersyon na tinatanggap sa karamihan ng transaksyon — gamit ang iyong TRN. Ihahatid naman nang libre ang pisikal na card sa pamamagitan ng PHLPost.
