COMELEC voter registration hero (Nova Citizen)

The right to vote is how every Filipino shapes who runs the country. The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is the agency that registers voters. The fastest way to register today is to pre-fill your form online via iRehistro, then visit your local Office of the Election Officer (OEO) for biometrics and the oath — that final step is what actually makes you a registered voter.

Sino ang pwedeng mag-register?

Mga hakbang (step by step)

  3. Biometrics + oath — kukunan ng litrato, fingerprints, at pirma. Sasamahan ng oath.
How voter registration works, step by step A horizontal flow as the guide sequences it: Step 1 pre-fill the form online via iRehistro, Step 2 bring requirements (printed CEF-1, valid ID, proof of residency), Step 3 go to your local Office of the Election Officer, Step 4 biometrics plus oath — the step that actually registers you.
