Ang Senior Citizen ID mula sa OSCA (Office for Senior Citizens Affairs) ay opisyal na proof ng eligibility — at libre kunin.
Qualified ang kahit sinong residente ng Pilipinas na 60 taong gulang pataas sa araw ng aplikasyon. Para sa dual citizen, kailangan ng Dual Citizenship ID at proof na 6 buwan ka nang residente ng inyong municipality.

Pumunta sa OSCA ng inyong city/municipality hall (every LGU has one).
Dalhin: valid government ID na may birthdate, PSA birth certificate, 1–2 ID photos.
Punan ang application form at i-verify ng OSCA staff.
Kunin ang ID — kadalasang same-day issuance.
Gamitin ang discount agad sa farmacy, hospital, transport, restawran, hotel.

Sakop ng 20% discount at VAT exemption ang medicines (prescription at OTC), medical at dental services, public transport, restaurants, hotels at resorts, cinemas at theaters, at funeral services. Magdala ng valid ID sa bawat transaction.
Medicines — prescription at OTC, sa lahat ng farmacy.
Medical at dental services — doctor's fees, lab tests, diagnostic, sa ospital at klinika.
Transportation — domestic air at sea travel, buses, jeep, MRT/LRT/PNR, taxi, TNVS, at iba pang public transport.
Restaurants — kasama ang delivery at takeout.
Hotels at resorts — room accommodations.
Recreation — cinemas, theaters, concert venues.
Funeral at burial services.
Mahalaga: Hindi mandatory ang OSCA ID — pwede mo ring ipakita ang kahit anong government ID na nagpapakita na 60+ ka (driver's license, voter's ID, SSS/GSIS, PRC, passport, PhilSys National ID). Pero mas mabilis ang transaction kapag mayroon kang OSCA ID dahil iyan ang naki-recognize agad ng establisyimento.
